Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, returns are easy — no weird restocking fees, no restocking questions.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Email shoptallaware@gmail.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item in its original box (or any equivalent protective packaging), attach the label, and drop it off.
  4. Once we receive it, we issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take another 2–5 days to post it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days of delivery, email us a photo at shoptallaware@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement free of charge. No return required.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly — the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way you're not waiting on us to receive and reprocess.

What can't be returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
