Shipping

Clear, honest shipping with no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Otherwise, we process and ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping rates & delivery

  • Free standard shipping on orders $75+ — arrives in 3–5 business days.
  • Standard shipping on orders under $75 — flat rate $6.95, arrives in 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping — calculated at checkout, arrives in 2–3 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (surcharges may apply). We do not yet ship internationally, but we're working on it — join our newsletter to be first to hear when we expand.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email you used at checkout. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email shoptallaware@gmail.com and we'll resend.

Arrived damaged?

Every order is packed with care in plastic-free, reinforced packaging. If something still arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days at shoptallaware@gmail.com — we'll send a replacement free of charge, no return shipping required.
